Starting in Griffith, we make our way to Brewarrina overnighting at the award winning Callubri Station for a taste of outback luxury. Travelling north to the World Heritage listed Aboriginal Fish Traps at Brewarrina and then follow the Darling River through Bourke, Louth, Tilpa, Wilcannia, Menindee stopping for a cruise and on to the World Heritage Mungo National Park, and back to Griffith. The tour includes a side tip to the Heritage listed Silver City of Broken Hill. We travel via a number of farm stays, meeting fascinating people, eating fabulous home cooked meals and learn about living in the outback. We finish the tour with Long Lunch by the award winning Chef, Luke Piccolo, from the famous Limone Restaurant, at Piccolo Family farm in Griffith.

Join us on this 2½ week adventure with the people who live and work in western NSW. Get an insight into the people and lives of those that call the outback home. Experience the Aboriginal culture and the vast beauty of this incredible landscape.

We travel in a very comfortable mini vans in small groups of like minded people, who enjoy food and wine, going places less travelled. We choose only very comfortable unique accommodation with a little bit of luxury thrown in.
